Returns & Exchanges

If something we sent isn’t right, send it back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. The item should be unused and in its original packaging.

Email [email protected] to start a return — we’ll send the return address and any specific care instructions. Once the parcel reaches us we process refunds within 3 business days.

Sale items, custom-made pieces, and intimate goods (where noted on the product page) are not returnable. Everything else is.

Return shipping is on us for damaged or incorrect items, and on you for size or change-of-mind returns. Reusable mailers are available on request.
