Return Window & Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Pet Grooming Products-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used grooming tools (e.g., brushes, clippers, scissors)
- Hygiene products (e.g., shampoos, conditioners, sprays) that have been opened
- Custom items tailored for specific pets
- Digital goods (e.g., e-books, online courses)
- Perishable items (e.g., treats, supplements) that are past their expiration date
Return Condition Requirements
All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted for defective items or if you receive the wrong product. To exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and specify the item you wish to receive in exchange.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the defective or incorrect item to expedite the process.
