At Furrence, we take pride in providing quality pet grooming products. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.
Domestic Shipping Options & Timeframes
We offer the following domestic shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Next Day Delivery: 1 business day (available in select areas)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
International Shipping
Furrence currently offers international shipping to select countries. International shipping times vary by destination, generally ranging from 7-21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
Damaged / Lost Packages
If your package is damaged during transit or goes missing, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. This offer applies before taxes and shipping fees.
Special Handling
Some of our products are fragile and require special handling. All fragile items are labeled and packed securely to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. If you have specific handling requests, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
